REF case#03490732 - I have been on the phone with customer service to resolve one single issue with my questionnaires for 7 hours and was transferred to SIX different REPS. The last rep fixed the issue in 3 minutes.
So seven hours to resolve a issue that took 3 minutes is unacceptable. . I wish having to transfer to so many departments would change. This is hold time and being transferred to all around is unacceptable. Do you understand how busy a dental practice is and how this is so hard to do.
Please work on changing this.
