We have run through the issue of a kid having coverage under both their parents who are both patients, but the parents are divorced. In some cases, one of the parents or both are adament on having seperate files and not disclosing any info to their ex-spouse. The only option right now is having a duplicate file for one of the parents which is not ideal and still causes problems.
