When filling out questionaires and we want to know if a new patient has insurance we make it required for them to fill in. If they do not have insurance though, it is still required and they have to go in and fill out with "none" in everything where if they could just click No it would not be required. So only patients with insurance would have to fill it out after choosing Yes.
