We have a small number of patients who are likely to reschedule an appointment with short notice. In an attempt to prevent a day from falling apartment, we have restrictions on how many unreliable patients can be scheduled on the same day. We used to use the Title box in the Patient Info to document this, but when we switched to Dentrix questionnaires, we had to stop because the patients would see the "designation". We can't find any other places that would show up on the Appointment Book for us, but not to the patient. We would like a field for this. Or, have a way to remove the Title box from the PI field for patient information.
