I often want to have quick access at-a-glance to the current treatment a patient is in (Invisalign), if the patient wears a NG and if we made it, if the patient is currently in treatment with a specialist, etc. a note section of the chart would be nice that can be updated but stays current right next to the tooth chart. This would allow us to see important things that are ongoing for the patient or personal details like that the patient needs a neck pillow or that they can't rock back all the way so we don't make the same mistake over and over if a new provider or hygienist or assistant sees the patient. Pop-up notes won't do bc they don't stay popped up and you can't work on the chart with the pop-up note (flag) active.
