If the display in the Office Manager at least listed which provider the report was for, they could find it easily. We have daily reports in the task scheduler. They are for our providers to print and verify at the end of every day. We are used to them displaying in the same order as in the task scheduler, so each provider knows which one is theirs without opening each report. The new update changed what order the reports go in. Change either the task scheduler or the Office Manager to display reports in the same order or change the display to indicate which provider the report is for.
