I keep getting notifications from insurance companies that claims are being duplicated - meaning the ins. company has received them more than once. I submit claims once daily, so it isn't because we're submitting more than once. My question is this: are we getting charged MORE THAN ONCE per claim submission? How can we know? I called Dentrix about this (at least twice), but the hold times are so long that I've had to hang up or could only talk to someone in a different country whom I cannot communicate w/easily!
