There are currently 3 Insurance payment types when posting a payment to claims. Check Payments, Electronic Payments and Credit card payments, with Check Payments as the Default. I suggest a setting to allow changing the default Insurance Payment Type. This would allow the default to be changed to Electronic Payments which represents 99% of our payments.
I agree we want to have the default changed to credit card payment as we are non assignment office. We should have the option to change the default
