A useful feature of another imaging software we've used is the ability to Acquire Images from other exams without needing to export\import.
Alternatively, the ability to Combine two exams into one.
Example use:
Took 4BWX and then realized we also needed 2PAs later in the appointment. In the old software, we could open a new 4BWX+2PA template and select "Acquire from Other Exam", and select the images from the previous exams to combine into a single exam. If all the images from an exam were "Acquired" into a new exam, the old exam would subsequently disappear.
In the current Image Center implementation, if I understand correctly we would need to export the images, unzip them, open a new template and import the images, and then delete the old exams.
