Allow the information entered for orthodontic benefits to be used when treatment planning/posting just like it does for the primary insurance information. It would be nice to have the system separate the two, without any manipulation of data from the front office, to calculate correctly.
THIS PROBLEM IS A HINDERING OUR OFFICES ABILITY TO GET ORTHODONTICS TREATMENT PLANS TO PATIENTS DUE TO HAVING TO HAND WRITE THE CORRECT AMOUNTS FOR BOTH INSURANCE AND THE PATIENT. ORTHO HAS ITS OWN BENEFIT. PLEASE UPDATE THE SOFTWARE TO ALLOW OFFICES WHO OFFER ORTHO TO SHOW A PROFESSIONAL AND TIMELY COST BREAKDOWN TO PATIENTS THAT ARE CONSIDERING ORTHODONTIA.
