We recently moved to Delta Dental Premier, however there are multiple plans that only pay up to the PPO level. When we add the PPO fee schedule to the Payment Table it then overrides the percentage coverage for the procedures that are done. Spoke with support and the only way to get around the override is to make another fee schedule for each individual insurance plan (for which we have dozens). There has to be a way for the ledger to adjust for the amount that will not be covered (difference b/t PPO and Premier) while also factoring in the percentage coverage on the PPO amount.
