If your Insurance Plans are set up with a "January" Benefit Renewal under Benefits and Coverage, then all that's necessary is to make sure the Reset Benefits task runs each month. This can be verified and scheduled in the Reports and Tasks Scheduler in Office Manager, found under Maintenance -> Task Scheduler
