We have alot of Delta Dental plan where preventative services do not apply/ pull from regular annual maximum. You really need a selection in the insurance file that would designate a plan this way so that estimates for treatement would be correct and not show ins as being used for cleaning appts when none of annual max was applied for those type of appointments

I second that! It would truly help so that we know how much a patient has to use for the year.
