I manage many offices that use Dentrix as a practice management, and the auto update service is causing chaos. It randomly decides to do an upgrade of their system without any verification or admin login to do so. Which in turn brings in new bugs that they were not experiencing prior and potentially causes them to lose revenue due to the software just not working at all when they get in office in the morning.
