The option to edit headings would be more easily understandable to patients of what the Fee is. (Example: Editing it to say Humana Fee, Primary Ins. Fee, Secodary Ins. Fee, UCR to Office or Cash Price {because patients do not know what UCR stands for}). The option to customize the outline in our own way rather than the only ones available would be better and could better uniquely individualize practices.
