Every once in a while a clinical note is placed and signed and its the wrong chart. It would be great to have an ability to delete this note or at least have a line though it!! The addendum to the bottom of note is hard to see and small and just kind of useless. I don't care if there is several steps to delete a clinical note but it needs to be possible. Eaglesoft will draw a line through it, It would be great to have this as an option.
