When an event is not fully shown on the screen, it does not allow for resizing.
IE: An event is from 6am to 6pm, but schedule screen size does not show that much of a range (top of schedule shows 8am bottom of screen schedule shows until 5pm). Then clicking the resize box in the lower right corner of the event does not actually allow to resize the event. I have to manually edit the event time.
