Allow treatment plan estimates to be accurate for OON plans. Using the out of network tabs on the benefits/coverage tab, allow input of the coverage table of UCR by the insurance company. Allow the coverage table to pull from the allowed amount to give a percentage of what the insurance coverage is and the remainder to be the patients portion (office fees-portion of the allowed amount covered by insurance).
