Currently, the statements will only pull the address from line one in the patient's family file. We are in a small town, so a majority of our patients have PO Box addresses. We would like to have the physical address on line one and the PO Box on line 2. If we do that, there is a 50% chance that the post office rejects the statements because the patient has a PO Box ONLY listed with them for mail.
This is also a problem for those who may have a long address, so a house # or apartment number gets placed on the second line.
