When resubmitting a old claim the fees are going as current fees not the fee at the time of the claim.

We submit our office fees on all claims. What shows on our ledger is adjusted fees with the insurance if we are providers. If I have to resubmit an old claim it is pulling current fees not the fees that were sent on the original claim. The insurance company is denying the resubmitted claim due to the fees do not match.
