The practice needs the patient forms to be able to sync into the office information. We have an error where some sections of information need to be manually input, as they are not being saved into the patient file. I was on the phone with Dentrix Hub for Ticket 029-53536 and they were unable to help me sync as this was a software problem. We need to be able to easily access patient information without having to put in the extra time with the data input -- that's why we have the forms on our website ahead of appointments. Please update the software to remove this error so that the info we have collected from the patient goes effortlessly into their patient file. Thank you
