Have an option for the Sales Tax - right now it defaults to ALL procedures for the day

  1. I need to be able to run a procedure code list by Category.

  2. I need to have the Procedure log report list the category as well as the procedure.

  3. Right now I cannot get a list so I cannot reconcile the patients with a procedure from a particular category.
