Add payment button somewhere else other than just the ledger.
Ability to select a procedure in the Ledger and apply a payment directly to it
Have a View Function in Ledger so all payments and adjustments pertaining to specfic charges/procedures are grouped together. A 'quick view' of where balances are coming from without having to do full account ledger audit. This would really help the front desk as well to also answer questions about why someone owes.

Be able to print a patient's ledger of payments only (over the counter) and print a patien'ts ledger without the running balance
In Select View/Appointment Display Info
Allow a procedure to show its fee in the Ledger, but zero'ed out in the insurance claim with a checkmark click like the "Do Not Bill to Dental Insurance" option.
An option to "Hide" Transfer Balance Credits/Debits
Add a separate VIEW OPTION in the Ledger to be able to see the procedures with charges, Insurance and patient payments made for those procedures and balance remaining in separate column rather than view chronologically.
Make bulk payments easier!!
