Prevent Auto Calculation of CAL until PD AND GM are entered

Currently if you enter just the probing depth for a patient, the program auto calculates a CAL. Example would be on a healthy gingival patient with no periodontal conditions a tooth with PDs (323) would produce a CAL automatically of (323) suggesting Periodontal disease Stage II if no value for GM is entered. This formula then requires the user to have to put in GM for every surface in order to get an accurate CAL.

The ideal data entry would be to enter PDs and ONLY calculate CAL for a site once GM is entered.
