Please get rid of the new feature in the Ins. claim notes section where everything is locked. Merged

It is so annoying to see Created (locked) Batched (locked) Sent (locked) Received (locked). It was so much nicer to be able to just look at our notes and add and edit them without seeing all those unnecessary notes that can't be edited.

    I just spoke with two different agents, this new update is horrible, makes it so much harder to read the againg report.
