I specify what types of appointments go in which operatory. For example I have a column of hour long appointments. I want BWX & prophy in that column only. The other 45min column, I only want CHT & Prophy. This would help the patients and the front desk with scheduling to plan and not spending a 1 hour time slot on a periomaintence that will take less time.
