Can't Process Billing Statements Properly Due To Dentrix Update

Since Dentrix has updated to the 23.1 version, I am unable to process my billing statements properly because my office doesn't use Quick Bill. Even if I ran a billing statement for a patient the week prior, when I go to run a billing statement the following week and set the "if not billed since" with the week prior, the statement will still process as if the patient wasn't just sent a billing statement the week before. A representative told me it was because our office does not use Quick Bill, therefore the system is no longer recognizing when I've sent patients a statement. Very frustrating and time consuming to comb through our practices many patients' statements to make sure they are not being billed several times a month versus once a month.

    We keep calling them about this, but cannot get it fixed. They don't seem to understand what we're talking about!
