with Dentrix newer updates, Dentrix removed from the INS A/R report two crucial "DATE" trackers. as shown on image I attached option to reflect last time a claim was resent or TRACED is important when tracing unpaid claims. NOT having the options to see on this report the DATE of when claim was re-sent is not a productive work flow to INS clerks tracing claims
