If you have a treatment plan where the totals are over $10,000, it overflows the available space when printing. This can be seen in print preview at the top, in the Fee, Patient, and/or Primary columns.
The tech I dealt with tried changing every single report font listed under Practice Setup, and none affected anything. Please expose these settings and fix it with more variability in the column widths.
