When I contact dentrix tech support via chat, I am usually doing multiple things at the same time, and I am sure most users do the same thing. The current Chat window on Dentrix.com does not have audible alert when a dentrix tech enters a new message. 99.9% chat services on the internet have an audible alert when the person you are chatting with enters a message. As a result of this missing feature on dentrix.com, customer responses to a tech's message are often delayed, which just prolongs the interaction. I contacted dentrix tech support regarding this issue and was advised to post the request to this forum
Yes, please! It would save Dentrix support representatives time too with quicker responses.
