We are utilizing the electronic forms portion of Dentrix through the questionnaire module and works great in keeping patients information updated. Want to send electronic notification through Dentrix to the provider to review electronic documents and sign electronically. Currently we are giving the provider a note to review patients electronic forms and once provider has completed the electronic signature he has to return note back to me. Providers are wanting to streamline this process so everything is electronic.
