Currently, there is a way to find patients that are overdue for a recall(prophy/spt). You can find patients through continuing care, but there is currently no way to search for patients that aren't connected to continuing care but are overdue for a recall. This would be helpful to 1. call patients to get them/ "reactivate" them in a sense and 2. It would be a good way to find patients that haven't been active for a while. It would be great to be able to sort through patients that haven't been in for x amount of time to inactivate them en masse; to essentially "purge" them like you can with a lot of Dentrix features.
