We need to do an internal audit. We want to make sure that if pts perio charting is getting worse, we send them a letter and that doctor is notified so he can discuss the perio disease concerns. Also if anyone over 6mm pocket exists in our patient list, we can discuss SRP or Laser treatment. Since the data is being collected, it would be very helpful to have a way to access it.
