Newest version of Dentrix is broken for weeks now with no fix. Document center preview forces us to close and reopen document center every time. Support has no timeline to fix after weeks. Still not Fixed in Version 23.2!

We just updated and still NOT works properly, system runs too slow.
Spoke with Jewels today, he confirmed with the dev team that this problem persists. This is related to a memory leak in the doc center module that causes the images to not display. Please change the case status, the fix for our issue has not been released.

Also we did update to that version it still is broken in that version. We also contacted tech support they can't figure out how to fix it either.

@cgibson a support technician has been trying to contact you to look into why the update didn't fix the issue, as you stated. The faster we can look into this, the faster we can see what is going on.
dentrix is running very slow document center unable to upload attachments for all insurance portal. please I need something to get done It has been 3 day with the same issues and we haven't received any update with any information on weather the issues is been take care of or not
