Adding the option to mark "questionnaire (consent) required" to specific procedure codes in the procedure code setup so that the system will automatically generate a consent form. That way, you could pull up "All" in the questionnaires at the beginning of the day and select "print all". This would eliminate the need to generate a consent form patient by patient and instead would attach it to the procedure as soon as it is treatment planned.
