Remove inactive providers and allow for option to choose whether both primary and secondary providers are displayed in the dropdown list for prescribing provider in the new prescription window. This will avoid any errors when generating prescriptions and provide a cleaner view of the dropdown options which will improve the quality of care and efficiency of the appointment workflow
