On the questionnaire forms, we would like the feature to import the emergency contact directly into the emergency contact field using one of the patient info question/responses

This is a serious issue that needs to be addressed. Patients forms should not be this challenging to update. We do not want this information to get misplaced. Not only does the emergency contact field need to be entered but also the physician and the pharmacy details. This was brough up in 2020 and its 2023, this needs to be updated accordingly.

You fixed so many things with G7 Health History - why oh why could you not make a smart field for the Emergency contact, physician, and prescription information?!
This seems so obvious. Why make us have to transfer it manually???
