Allow user to set scroll speed for a wheel mouse, Right now Dentrix tries to keep full chart entries on the page so things jump around a lot. Trying to follow smoothly is very difficult. Allow the user to set the scroll speed with a wheel mouse, and be able to scroll through chart entries one line at a time if desired.
