All we need to know is if a claim is sent. We do not need the "batched" nor "created" status notes at all. Please make a way to remove them from the status notes. We do not need them. We do not want them. We do not want to look at them. Thank you.
I personally like the Batched, eSent/Printed, Rec'd claim statuses.
I also like seeing the Created status as to know if someone else in the office is working on the claim.
