It would be helpful to be able to clock in/out when another user is logged in so everything does not have to be closed just to clock in/out. In the time clock there could be a drop down where we can select who is clocking in/out and then have to enter our password there to clock in/out.

This. In the Time-Clock pop-up, a second button down below that says "Clock in as another User" would be so nice.
