The adjustment feature within the "payment window" has stopped working predictably since a recent update. It is now choosing a random provider from the patient's history and not the ones related to the claim when making a production adjustment. Please FIX it ASAP!

This 100%. Dentrix, if you are reading this, this should be your #1 priority to fix. The update broke the adjustment feature.
Sometimes adjustments don't even appear when selected to appear. This is patient balances were dealing with, and we need a software who is Trustworthy with finances.
