You should be able to Locate Existing Appointment by chart number. We communicate via internally with our team by chart numbers. So when someone sends me a chart number, the only way I can find their appointment is looking up their chart to figure out what their name is, then going to locate existing appointment and searching by name. This is a big time waste and inefficiency.

We need chart number back on search patient section. We communicate with our billing team with chart numbers. This forced update is not useful for our office at all. Its slowing down our office.
Use the "schedule appt" option instead - lets you search by first/last/preferred name/chart number/SSN/Ph#.
