Need ability for signatures on treatment plans and consent forms to be captured with an iPad and copies to be retained in the Treatment Planner, Document Center, and automatically sent to the patient's email address on file. Need the ability to tie specific consent forms, pre and post operative instructions to procedure codes that triggers office staff to obtain required signatures on required forms whether at the time treatment is presented or at the time of treatment as well as the ability to track progress until the task is completed.
