When using the ledger I often want to see the claim window and insurance windows at the same time. If I bring up the claim first, clicking on the insurance family file is rejected, but if I bring up the family file first, I can dblclk the claim in the ledger and the screen pops up. This doesn't make sense.
Secondly, when I bring up the family file and dblclk the insurance block, it brings up the 'insurance data' window. If I then clk on insurance data it brings up the 'ins plan information window'. I would now like to reposition the windows so I can see them all at once, but now they are locked and you can't move them around. Please unlock this dependency.
And finally, why not allow me to create a profile that let's me pre-determine what windows I want to pop up when I check on a patient? Or several profiles, some general ones for everyone, and some just for me. That would really help us do our job better!
