Dentrix Hub will NOT sync changed appointments only new appointments - NOT ok. "known issue?" WE have contacted Dentrix support 3 times this month and the problem continues! FIX it already. Thanks
When I contacted Dentrix support in 2023 about this issue, I was told that all we have to do is move the appointment to the pinboard and then to the new appt time and the hub will get the new date & time or just the new time on the same date.
Today, I was told to not use the ASAP list or pinboard to reschedule patients because unless unless I break each appt before I reschedule it that patient will not get any "save the date", appt reminders, or confirmations.
It's the "New patient work flow" to avoid problems with syncing issues with Dentrix.
In other words, the Dentrix scheduling program no longer functions for any patient who moves their appt or we have to reschedule their appt. As Patricia said above NOT ok. I should look for other programs that work better than the HUB.
