. ex: credit card refunds should show on Deposit slip with patient name. system should allow negative balance where credit refundss exceed charges.
This would be very helpful. as of now you need to manually write it on the deposit slip with patient name and amunt and subtract it from the total amount, does'nt really accurately dipict what you have done in a patients ledger.
