Provide History of changes made to Patient Info, Insurance, etc. I'd like to see dates when the coverage is updated, when the address is changed or updates, when employment is updated. Also a last updated option with consent, first visit,etc in the family file.

  Thank you for the recommendation, we are always looking for ways to improve the product. we will consider this for a potential future release.

  Currently the audit trail report does track some changes, we recommend you check that report out.
