We have certain Medicare insurance plans we take and we have ran into the situation where the patient has changed type of coverage and do not inform us of it on the day of their appointment. Most act like they are not aware that they even made the change. Therefore we would like to designate a color for them that shows on the appointment book so we can reverify coverage day of appointment without having to open each individual appt to see what type of insurance the patient has and we don't want it just to be listed in writing in the appt. description, a color would stand out more.
