Many times you close out the month and realize a data entry error was made. The ledger entry need to be transferred to another individual. Although you can invalidate it and adjust the amount, it doesn't change the ledger entry. The next person who sees the entry will not understand why this was done. Too many steps to correct an error. Change the color of the font for invalidated entries minimally.
