We like that we are able to create treatment plans and mark that they are being referred out. So when the treatment is completed and we receive the correspondence from the office we refer to, it is easy to chart what treatment was completed. However, when we run the referral analysis report, it shows every referral ever made. It would be nice to be able to mark referral completed (treatment completed and correspondence received) or rejected (patient decided not to proceed with treatment), then that patient's name would no longer generate on our referral report. And we know which patients need following up on.
